Tucked just steps from downtown Cincinnati in rugged Queensgate, LINNcinnati is a bold reimagining of space and purpose. We’ve transformed a former warehouse and county jail into over 100 affordable, all-inclusive studios — and we’re nearly full.
Today, our tenants are a near-even split of artists and small businesses — a vibrant mix of thinkers, tinkerers, makers, and doers.
Above it all? A six-story mural of Ginger, the sly-grinning pig dubbed the “Mona Lisa of Pigs” and the “unofficial porcine mascot of Cincinnati” (thanks to the Cincinnati Business Courier). She’s become a beacon for creativity and reinvention — just like this place.
