Coming Up 

Soft Opening No. 3

Thursday April 16th • 5–9 PM

Soft Opening is LINNcinnati’s regular building-wide evening — a warm, informal chance to explore 516 Linn Street while studios are active and neighbors get to know neighbors. This 3rd edition is centered inward: tenants meeting tenants, invited guests joining the mix, and the building opening up floor by floor through the night.

What takes place
  • Open studios + work in progress
  • Tenant and guest mingling
  • Chips, dips + drinks
  • Floor-by-floor studio touring


Suggested Schedule
  • 5:00–5:45 PM: Chips, Dips & Doorways on the 1st Floor
  • 6:00–7:00 PM: Open studios on Floors 2–3
  • 7:00–8:00 PM: Open studios on Floors 4–5
  • 8:00–9:00 PM: Open studios on Floors 6–7

*Bar carts will move with the active floors throughout the evening*

Coming Up at 516 Linn
LASCHAUX Exhibition

Standalone Exhibition Opening · Details Soon

A forthcoming exhibition centered on novel LASCHAUX by Chris Pray is coming to the experimental exhibition space at Poets Bunker at LINNcinnati. Separate from Soft Opening, this will be a dedicated exhibition opening inside one of the building’s newer creative spaces.

Experimental exhibitions at Poets Bunker are intended to make room for work, ideas, and formats that benefit from a more flexible, artist-led setting.

The space is still taking shape and will likely evolve over time as different artists and concepts move through it.

Watch for dates, opening details, and more as the program takes shape.

Weekly Open Jam
Fridays · 6–9 PM(ish) · Poets Bunker, Suite 510

A recurring Friday evening inside Poets Bunker built around music, poetry, conversation, and the kind of creative spillover that happens when people gather in the same room. Jammin’ at the Bunker is informal by design — part open jam, part hang, part neighborhood crossover.

Stop by, bring a friend, meet someone new, and join in or just listen for a while.

All are welcome.

Monthly Creative Meetup
3rd Saturday · 9 AM – 12 Noon · Suite 616

A monthly gathering at the Midwest Apparel Creative Center focused on connection, collaboration, and creative exchange. Hosted inside Suite 616 at LINNcinnati, Mornings at the MAC invites makers, designers, artists, and neighbors into a working studio for a relaxed morning of conversation, ideas, and community.
