The People Who Fill Them

Our tenants are a near-even split between artists and small businesses, creating a rare mix of skill, ambition, and community. Painters, photographers, fashion designers, podcast producers, architects
you’ll find them all here, building side by side.

Meet Ginger
The “Mona Lisa of Pigs"

She’s six stories tall, slyly smiling down from the side of our building. Some call her the “Mona Lisa of Pigs.” Others know her as Cincinnati’s unofficial porcine mascot. We just call her Ginger.

The Backstory:

Ginger’s not just a pretty face — she’s a symbol of reinvention. Painted by artist Kevin Horan, the mural transformed the blank concrete wall of our former warehouse and jail into a landmark that stops people in their tracks.

Her sly grin and confident gaze remind everyone who walks through our doors that creativity belongs to the bold, and that a little personality goes a long way in making a place unforgettable.

Why Ginger Matters:

News

In the Press:

The Cincinnati Business Courier called her “the unofficial porcine mascot of Cincinnati,” and we couldn’t agree more. She’s made appearances in local news, on social media feeds, and in countless photos snapped by visitors and passersby.
