Our tenants are a near-even split between artists and small businesses, creating a rare mix of skill, ambition, and community. Painters, photographers, fashion designers, podcast producers, architects you’ll find them all here, building side by side. With enterprises from infancy to over a century old, and artists working on skin, muscle, metals, canvas and cloth, there's always something going on.

Meet Ginger
The “Mona Lisa of Pigs"

She’s six stories tall, slyly smiling down from the side of our building. Some call her the “Mona Lisa of Pigs.” Others know her as Cincinnati’s unofficial porcine mascot. We just call her Ginger.

The Backstory:

LINNcinnati goes back to 1855, a stone yard, with a few convenient "fires" that grows into a warehouse, a hardware company, some "house wreckers" and a jail.
