LINNcinnati: A Backstory

From Confinement to Creativity

At 516 Linn Street in Queensgate, walls that once held inmates now hold opportunity. The building began as a warehouse, then became a county jail. Arrand Development reimagined it as LINNcinnati — a creative hub with over 100 affordable studios.

Studios start at $325/month with utilities included. Half the tenants are artists. Half are entrepreneurs. Together they form a rare ecosystem where creativity and commerce feed each other.

Affordability, Creativity, and Sustainability.

Tenant quotes reinforce the mission: “This building went from confinement to possibility. That’s why I wanted to be here.”
